Print Faxable Order Form

To fax me an order:

1. Click the PRINT button above to print a faxable Order Form.(May take a few seconds to load)
2. Fill out as much information as possible.
3. Fax the Order Form to the toll free number provided. (1-866-704-6542).

Many of our clients prefer ordering appraisals from us via fax. In the past Faxing has had its drawbacks, ie: misplaced fax numbers, order forms not available, fax transmissions unreadable, shuffled and lost pages or additional time used in filling out a cover sheet.

We have minimumized these problems. When faxed, the barcode on our faxable order form is read, a digital copy of the order is routed to a directory specific to your order and we’re notified it’s arrived (even if we’re out of the office!).

To speed up the process the information on your order form is automatically read, prepared for our form filling application and, if we do need additional information, that too is immediately automatically known without your fax waiting to be picked up from the fax machine and typed into the appraisal. So we really get a jump start.

If your LOS already has ready-to-print appraisal requests - No Problem – use them instead! Just download a cover sheet from here. It has a similar barcode that will accomplish everything our own order form does. Print it out, make it the first page of your fax, and we’re in business!

Here's a time saver suggestion: Instead of visiting our website every time you need to order an appraisal just print out order forms and cover sheets in advance to keep by your fax machine. Filling out our order form by hand works, too. A digital copy still gets delivered to our system and we can start the report promptly.
